My reasoning for making this blog, and a little about me.

I know what you're thinking. Who is this girl, and why did she create a blog? That's actually a valid question, and to be completely honest, I'm not entirely certain if I know my exact reasoning behind this. All I know is, it won't harm anything in my opinion, and it's a pleasant and productive hobby to fill the spaces in my schedule.

Who am I, you might ask? My name is Victoria Jerde, and I'm a current high school senior at a state art school (it's not as neat as you would think.) Telling stories has been my passion since the moment I could write. I'm captivated by fashion and everything in between. It plays a large roll in my life, and I definitely don't think I would be the same person if it weren't for my love for fashion. I obsess over Vogue magazines and making each of my outfits look (in my opinion, of course) perfect. My aspirations include becoming a Fashion Journalist and cat owner because my parents never let me have one.

If I were to describe myself in two words, those words would be "butterfly girl." It most closely resembles my personality. I'm a free spirit, as some might say. I am a word enthusiast, and I like to think I'll always be. In my free time, I write (obviously), annotate poetry, and go on treasure hunts with my friends to thrift stores and antique shops.

I'm no Anna Wintour, but I do hope to grow with this blog and improve my writing and knowledge of fashion. My wish is to inspire readers through my writing, advice, and tips and hopefully make them feel more confident in what they are wearing. With that being said, I hope you enjoy reading these blogs as much as I enjoy writing them.
